From 1995 until 2002 Justin Timberlake traveled the world as one of the most in-demand boy band members on the market. They hit it big with their 1998 debut album *NSYNC, selling eleven million copies. The album saw a number of singles go straight to the top.
After a much heated battle with manager Lou Pearlman, ‘N Synch released their second album in 2000 which became the fastest selling album of all time, selling 2.4 million copies in week one of its release. Though ‘N Sync was at one point the largest boy band in the world, Justin Timberlake branched off to become his own solo act in 2000 and released his debut album in 2002. After winning six Grammy's for his two albums and two tours, Justin Timberlake has made a return to acting and is one of the rare cases where a pop artist made the transition from world class musician to a respectable movie star.
